The PATIENT CLIENT COUNCIL services offer advice and guidance to patient clients and carers who have issues in regard to Health and Social Care and assisting patients in making a complaint, giving information on how to complain, help to write letters and make telephone calls.

They also will attend meetings about the complaint and make sure the patient concerns are heard and responded to.They work with health and social care organisations to improve the services as a result of the individuals concerns.

They cover all of the Western area and are their contact person is based in Ballymena.
